Did you know I recently launched the Job Interview Q&A Framework Guide. It has 20 questions and 20 frameworks (plus access to my AI Grader) so you can answer every interview question with clarity and confidence. Check it out below.
And here’s one more way I can help...
Over the past several months, I’ve been talking to several post-grads...and their biggest challenge has been booking and nailing interviews.
These are women who studied hard, got top-tier grades in school, have tons of extracurriculars on their resume, worked part-time jobs...basically, the type any company should want to hire.
But here’s what I see happening...
You go into your first interview or two nervous but confident, since you’ve come out on top this far in your life.
But after a few rejections, and the seemingly impossible task of nailing a second interview, your confidence starts to drop.
Now you find yourself in a cycle where you’re having a difficult time booking interviews and nearly self-sabotaging once you’re in one.
Because interviews are about so much more than reciting a perfect CV.
You need to have engaging answers that not only showcase your ability to DO the role, but that connect with the hiring manager and make you memorable.
Plus you need to communicate well both verbally and non-verbally, which is absolutely easier said than done.
Non-verbal communication is extremely difficult to track yourself. When you constantly twirl your hair, end every sentence with so...or roll your shoulders forward into yourself, it signals something to the person you’re speaking with, but you do it without even realizing.
This is exactly why I’ve decided to offer mock interviews to my subscribers.
I had no intention of offering any one-to-one coaching, but after speaking to so many of you, it’s clear this is how I can be most helpful.
So here’s how it will work:
You work through my Life-Resume Template and Interview Q&A Guide frameworks.
We spend 45 minutes on a mock interview via Zoom.
I spend the next 15 minutes giving you the exact feedback you need to make your verbal and non-verbal communication skills job-offer worthy.
You’ll walk into your next interview knowing exactly what to say and how to say it.
Why work with me?
I absolutely blew my first interview...I hadn’t prepared well enough and had literally no answer for one of the questions she asked me. But I fell back on my emotional intelligence skills to recover and land my dream role.
Since then, I have been interviewing and hiring people for the past 12 years. I can often tell within the first few minutes if we will hire them or not.
Remember, if someone makes it into an interview, it’s because their resume suggested they belong there
The actual interview is about different qualifications:
Does your non-verbal communication suggest confidence?
Can you communicate your value?
Are you curious? Adaptable?
I can help you get there.
And here’s what I’m thinking.
This is a new service. So I am going to open three spots completely FREE in exchange for your feedback.
After these three, I will be charging an extremely modest $149. For that you get my Q&A Guide (and AI Grader) plus the mock interview and feedback.
Think about it: if you land a $50k job, this is a 300X return on your investment.
Let me know if you are interested in grabbing one of my first three spots for free by contacting me here.
Based on those I’ve spoken to, I know they will go fast.
After those three, I’ll be opening mock interviews to the public.
You’ll walk away with the confidence to land your dream job and finally start trusting yourself.
Most of all, trust yourself.

PS: If You’re not ready for a mock interview but still want the frameworks...
Most candidates answer interview questions the same wrong way and they never find out why they didn’t get the call back.
They ramble on “tell me about yourself.”
They go humble on “why should we hire you.”
They tank the salary question by naming a number first.
If this is you, it’s not your fault. Nobody ever told you what interviewers are actually listening for.
Now I am...
I’ve been interviewing and hiring people for the past 12 years.
I know exactly what makes a candidate land and what makes a hiring manager put the resume in the no pile.
So I created the Job Interview Q&A Framework Guide. It has 20 questions and 20 frameworks so you can answer every interview question with clarity and confidence.
✨Plus access to my AI grader so you can improve every response using these insider frameworks.
It’s only $15. If you land a job for $50k, that’s a 333,322% return on your investment!
UPDATE! All free mock interviews have been claimed, but you can sign up here if you're interested: https://theindependencelab.com/mock-interview
